Concerned Citizens For Justice Announce $100,000,000 Lawsuit Against City of Mount Vernon

Group comes to defense of Larry Fair

Mount Vernon – A group calling themselves the Concerned Citizens For Justice (CCJ) announced a $100,000,000 million dollar lawsuit against the City of Mount Vernon. The press release (see below) speaks in defense Larry Fair who has been outspoken about the harassment, the racist demeanor and retaliatory actions against him by former DPW Commissioner Ralph Uzzi, DPW Maintenance Forman Neil (Chuck) Carretta and family members of Mayor Richard Thomas.

A press release by the (CCJ) informs that Mr. Larry Fair will be suing the City of Mount Vernon, members fo the Thomas Administration and members of the Thomas Family for the sum of $100 million dollars for discrimination, intimidation, retaliation and pain and suffering.

This would be one in a number of lawsuits against the City of Mount Vernon, since Mayor Thomas has been in office and the taxpayers of Mount Vernon will ultimately be the biggest losers as they pay for the actions of the Thomas Administration and the legal fees from the outside counsel hired to fight these lawsuits because of the incompetence of the City’s Corporation Counsel who unlike his previous two black female predecessors is not qualified to fight the cases himself.

BOYCOTT FOR BLACK LIVES T-SHIRT  BUY HERE

Colin Kaepernick has committed no crime other than spoke truth to power about the injustices to black people in the United States. For this, he should not be punished by blackballing him from the game of football. If people want change, we must Boycott! It’s up to us to protest but not just physically; with our money. If black lives don't matter to them, then our black dollars shouldn't either.
